Our flagship design product, the 3D Design Vision begins with a dynamic, idea-sharing conversation/consultation. Your outdoor living goals, your style, architecture, desired maintenance level, budget and zoning laws help guide us towards a design that is perfectly, uniquely suited to you and your life. Our knowledge of plants, scale, movement through space, materials and construction techniques mesh with your goals to achieve the Vision of your new outdoor life.  The budget for a full 3D design is $2000-$15,000, depending on scope of work.

3D Design: The Process

1. After initial consultation/sketch meeting, begin design by importing survey and GIS satellite information 

2. Shape your existing terrain, build your home and structures, insert existing plants & trees, hardscapes and utilities

3. Review your photo ideabooks, study sun/shade patterns, reference notes from the consultation about favorite plants, landscape challenges and desires for best outdoor life

4. Begin design by adding decks, sheds, walls, pavilions, patios, pools or other hardscapes and adjusting terrain as needed

5. Add furniture, grills and other elements to ensure proper flow of spaces

5. In some projects we have a mid-design zoom call at this point to validate the direction of the design and overall budget

6. Finish design with turf, plants, landscape lighting and decorative elements

7. Design presentation - Zoom call or at our office in Avondale Estates

8. Edit design as needed, create 3D still images and design video and share with client

9. Switch to 2D design mode and create Working Design with all the detailed info you need for installation

10. Send Working Design and referrals for Atlanta's best contractors and vendors

11. From this point: Do you need assistance with permitting? Reviewing bids? On-site visits to ensure proper construction?
